Herc Rentals is seeking a Mechanic A at our Arlington, TX branch to lead fleet maintenance and uphold our quality standards. You will mentor B and C level mechanics and ensure equipment stays on the rental ready line, performing preventative maintenance and major repairs as needed.
You will diagnose engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, enter work orders, order parts, and maintain a clean, safe shop environment while meeting deadlines.
