Maintenance Technician III

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician III to help keep our equipment and facility running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairs, and working with a variety of equipment, this could be a great fit for you.

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building systems
• Repair and maintain gearboxes, motors, boilers, dryers, and conveyor systems
• Install and test equipment as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Support PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen-Bradley systems
• Complete maintenance records and follow safety procedures
• Assist with general building repairs such as painting, drywall, doors, and flooring

Experience with industrial maintenance and troubleshooting

Knowledge of electrical systems, 3-phase power, motors, and controls

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes

Basic HVAC, plumbing, and facility maintenance experience

Familiarity with PLCs and Allen-Bradley equipment

Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Stable full-time schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
