About the Company

We are seeking a highly skilled, NICET Level III-certified technician to lead our Fire Sprinkler Services division. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing system design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems for both commercial and residential properties.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing system design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems for both commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and daily operations of the fire sprinkler division
• Supervise and perform system installations, maintenance, testing, and repairs
• Conduct site assessments and prepare layouts and material takeoffs
• Train and mentor junior technicians and field staff
• Maintain accurate documentation for inspections and service work

Qualifications

• NICET Level III in Water-Based Systems (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fire sprinkler installation and service
• Texas RME-G license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Proficient with system design software and inspection tools
