Constellation Energy seeks a Sr. Journeyman HVAC Service professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems supporting critical energy operations. In this role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency service while ensuring safety, reliability, and energy efficiency. You'll collaborate with a diverse, innovative team, mentor junior technicians, and help customers optimize system performance and reduce environmental impact.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot complex mechanical and control issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance testing to minimize downtime.
- Install and commission HVAC components, controls, and related equipment according to codes and company standards.
- Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions using digital tools and service management systems.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer teams to plan repairs and upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies on every job.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on system optimization, energy efficiency, and lifecycle planning.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs as required.
