Field Service Technicians at Professional Alternatives Karnes County, TX

Job #: 39715 Technician, Field Services – Contract around $20 Karnes County

• Perform maintenance, repair, and construction of SWD (saltwater disposal) facilities
• Handle general labor tasks and supports field operations based on project needs
• Assist with construction, installation, and maintenance of SWD sites and equipment
• Load/unload tools, pipes, pumps, and materials
• Repair pipelines, unload lines, and transfer systems
• Install piping for truck offload systems, tank batteries, and transfer lines
• Maintain pumps, valves, VFDs, and related equipment
• Perform tank cleanouts, plumbing tasks, and general site housekeeping
• Inspect and repair seals on pumps and related equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance, including downhole pump repairs
• Clean and maintain vehicles, tools, and job sites
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and reporting requirements
• Submit accurate timesheets and adhere to assigned schedules

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Oil & gas experience and knowledge of SWD facilities preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., skid steer, forklift, manlift, polyfusing, pump mechanic)
