Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We're seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join a growing operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping industrial equipment, fleet vehicles, and facility machinery operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical issues, working on a variety of equipment, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to connect.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, fleet vehicles, and facility machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair and maintain a variety of industrial processing equipment and mobile equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before equipment failures occur.
- Replace bearings, belts, chains, hoses, cylinders, motors, and other mechanical components.
- Complete minor welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
- Assist with hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
- Keep shop tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, diesel mechanics, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of:
- Hydraulics
- Industrial mechanical systems
- Welding
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and repair documentation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery in varying temperatures and environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Someone who works well independently while supporting the maintenance team.
