Town of Arlington seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and energy management systems across town buildings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and supervising one technician and vendors.
The position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in HVAC, and licenses such as 608 EPA, MA Refrigeration, and a valid MA driver's license;
Johnson Controls experience is a plus.
