Assistant Lead Maintenance

We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable
Assistant Maintenance Technician
to help maintain a residential/commercial property in
Arlington, TX
. You’ll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager to keep the property in great condition and respond to service requests.

• Assist with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Complete work orders and unit turnovers
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Help maintain clean and safe common areas
• Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies
• Work with vendors and follow safety procedures

• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and a team player
