Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician to join Watermere Highlands. You’ll handle repairs, respond to work orders, prepare apartments for move‑in, and support daily upkeep of our community.
Work closely with the Maintenance Lead to keep resident spaces, common areas, grounds, and equipment operating safely and efficiently. This hands‑on role covers basic plumbing, electrical, paint and carpentry, plus an on‑call rotation after hours.
