Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, installing, and commissioning industrial electrical systems and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, maximizing equipment performance, and ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

The ideal candidate possesses strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working with industrial automation systems, and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Industrial Electrician with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, automation, or packaging equipment. They possess advanced electrical troubleshooting skills and are comfortable diagnosing and repairing complex equipment issues in a fast‑paced production environment.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Five (5)+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, drives, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or packaging equipment in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams.
• Experience with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Exor, or similar automation platforms preferred.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and supporting electrical and electronic systems utilized throughout manufacturing operations. This position supports production equipment, packaging systems, PLC‑controlled machinery, motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and related industrial control systems while contributing to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and electronic systems on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, drives, electrical controls, and automation systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, blueprints, and service documentation.
• Utilize electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Assist with equipment installation, startup, commissioning, validation, and operational support activities.
