Millwood Hospital is seeking an Intake Assessor/Counselor to perform in-person risk assessments and coordinate referrals and admissions. You will work with physicians, patients, families, and unit staff to determine the appropriate level of care and ensure smooth admission processes.
The role requires a Licensed Counselor or RN with two+ years in intake assessment within acute psychiatric settings, plus knowledge of DSM-IV and Mental Status Exam.
