AEM Developer

Our client, a leader in financial services
, is looking to hire an AEM Developer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 2x per week in Arlington, TX.

As a AEM Engineer, you will work on the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of backend applications, APIs, integrations, and production services for the company's Customer Correspondence & Communications organization. Ideal candidates have a strong background in backend development & production support, with experience in C#, Java, Python, and Adobe (AEM & AJO) platforms.

• Lead production support activities, including incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and system performance optimization, ensuring high reliability and uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues across distributed and Adobe-based systems, supporting cloud adoption and modernization efforts
• Develop and maintain API services, backend workflows, batch processes, enterprise integrations, and participate in on-call rotations for operational support
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and operational tools to enhance delivery speed, application stability, and monitoring
• Promote software engineering best practices, mentor junior developers
  , and work closely with Dev Ops, infrastructure, and business teams to drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery and operational processes

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, or relevant field in an Agile environment
• Working proficiency in C#, Java, and Python in a Windows/Linux environment
• 
  
  Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and/or Smart
  
  COMM (Customer Communication Management System)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools, including Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and/or Terraform
• Experience with REST API development and enterprise integration services

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Prior experience or interest backend development for applications supporting marketing, sales, or customer support teams highly valued!
