• Designing and architecting scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Actively contributing to development, writing clean code, and maintaining high coding standards.

• Staying ahead of the curve with the latest backend technologies and implementing them strategically.
• Troubleshooting complex problems and leading the team towards innovative solutions.
• Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for future reference.

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with a history of building and scaling backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies, databases, cloud services, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in a high-level programming language (Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD practices, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Experience with agile development methodologies (a plus!).
• Python mastery is a major plus!
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of backend security best practices.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or similar data-intensive fields (a plus!).
