About the role:

As an IT Specialist (APPSW/DATAMGT) referred to here as a Full Stack Engineer, you will provide technical and user support and consultation while contributing to analytical reporting efforts.

$67,100 to - $133,142 per year

• Support the development of APIs and database integration. Implements established coding practices and security protocols, and analyzes and implements modifications to existing software applications based on established requirements.
• Manage database systems including MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, and Mongo
  
  DB to optimize query performance, and engineer data integration strategies to ensure system scalability and integrity
• Support project management activities by tracking project milestones, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with team members. Assists with resource planning and timeline development.

In order to qualify for the GS-09
, you must meet the IT Competencies below AND the following:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include:

• Developing software code using programming languages to create basic applications or automate processes.
• Writing database queries to retrieve data or perform database maintenance tasks.
• Supporting system integrations between applications using APIs or file transfers.

You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include:

• Designing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable data exchange between applications, databases, or external systems.
• Designing database queries and data models to support application functionality and data storage requirements.
• Participating in software development lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Designed and developed software applications and system integrations using modern programming languages to support data management and business process automation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver software applications that meet business needs.
