Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 per year.

We are in the Healthtech space! We’re looking for a strong technical leader — not a people manager who used to code, but someone who still can. This role is for a hands‑on Engineering Manager who has led teams of 5+ developers and brings both technical depth and practical leadership. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ship scalable cloud‑based healthcare solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers

• Drive execution, delivery, and quality

• Establish practical engineering processes (without over complicating them)

• 5+ years in software engineering
• 2+ years leading teams of 5+ developers
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Background in healthcare or healthtech
• Hands‑on technical depth (architecture, system design, code reviews)
• Sound judgment and common sense in decision‑making
• Ability to balance velocity with quality

• Experience building cloud‑native healthcare platforms
• Startup or high‑growth environment experience
