Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic AI systems that autonomously perform complex tasks for large-scale government operations.
- Integrate AI Ops practices to monitor, maintain, and optimize AI models in production environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring rapid, reliable delivery of AI/ML artifacts while meeting stringent security and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust AI solutions, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and documentation of AI models, ensuring alignment with Top Secret/SCI clearance standards.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on agentic systems.
- Proven expertise in AI Ops, CI/CD, and large-scale ML deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks.
- U.S. citizenship and current Top Secret/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
