Team Attendant - SEASONAL

Job Purpose

The Dallas Wings are seeking reliable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our Game Day Team Attendant staff for the 2026 season. This position works directly on the court during professional basketball games in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Team Attendants must remain alert, professional, and responsive at all times while supporting players, coaches, and officials and helping maintain a safe and organized game environment.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.

This is a part-time seasonal job that will report to the SVP of Basketball Ops & Assistant GM.

• Provide on-court support during games, timeouts, and breaks in play *
• Distribute towels and warm-ups to players at the bench area *
• Rebound for players during pre-game warmups *
• Help maintain a clean and safe playing surface throughout the game *
• Mop the court as needed (player falls, free throws, timeouts, etc.) *
• Monitor the court for loose items or potential hazards *

• Arrive approximately 3 hours prior to tip-off *
• Assist with pre-game setup and warm-up support *
• Remain on the court through the completion of team warmups

• Clear the court of all equipment and materials (basketballs, towels, bottles, mops, warmups, etc.) *
• Ensure bench and court areas are fully cleaned and reset *
• Return all gear and materials to designated areas
• Check out with the Team Attendant Lead before leaving

• Prior sports, team, or event operations experience will be prioritized
• Ability to maintain team, player, and organizational confidentiality at all times
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, focus, and situational awareness
• Comfortable working in a live professional sports setting
• Ability to stand, move quickly, and remain active for extended periods
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule consistently, mainly of nights and weekend hours
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the arena

• Seasonal role based on the Dallas Wings home game schedule
• Monthly schedules provided in advance
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game schedule

• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, ability to move quickly, and remain active for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Hearing, seeing, reading, writing, concentration, comprehension, and talking with clear speech.
• Planning, organizing, interpreting data, making decisions, problem-solving, and composure under deadlines/stress.
