• Must have at least 2-year towing experience or verifiable commercial/private property driving experience.
• Must have Texas Driver License and Current TDLR Private Property License.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Must have clean, professional appearance.
• Must be able to fill out and keep track of logs and paperwork.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must have a working, reliable smart phone.
• Must have knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth area to navigate efficiently

• Valid Driver's License:
  Must possess a current and valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Towing License:
  Must hold a valid Texas TDLR Tow Operator License (Incident Management or Private Property).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 year of towing experience preferred; knowledge of private property impound procedures is a plus.
• Driving Record:
  Must meet company and insurance standards for motor vehicle operation (no major violations, DUIs, or excessive points).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
• Availability:
  Must be available to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professionalism:
  Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully with property managers, law enforcement, and vehicle owners.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Must adhere to all company policies, TDLR regulations, and safety protocols.

  Basic understanding of GPS, dispatch systems, and the ability to use a smartphone or tablet for call management and photo documentation.
