Position Overview

Team Van Truckload Driver

• Drive within all 48 states.
• Work on dry van trailers with 100% no‑touch freight.
• Follow company and regulatory safety protocols.
• Take your dog or cat on the road under the Team Pet Policy.

• Average weekly pay $1,400–$1,700.
• Home time every other week.
• Earn up to 6¢ per mile more than base mileage rate.
• Hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
• Weekly paychecks with performance pay.
• Sign‑on bonus of $2,000 paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
• Annual bonus up to 2 % of annual gross pay.

Full‑time; weekly paychecks. Home time alternates every other week.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 85 miles of Wilmer, TX.
• Assistance is available for CDL training.
