Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of personal goals to enhance and maintain the optimum skill level of each individual.
- Participate in community trips and recreational activity schedules.
- Document progress on a daily basis and work on goals designed to meet individual's needs.
- Provide direct care, as needed, i.e., ADL skills.
- Develop relationships to build trust and execute developmental and operational activities.
- Transport individuals on community trips and the morning/evening transportation route.
Candidates for employment must be at least 21 years old, personable, compassionate, energetic, punctual, and flexible.
Must be willing to undergo a background check, including driving history.
Required documents:
- Texas Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Driving transportation required)
Available shift:
Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 Per Hour
