Material Handler​/Driver

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse & Delivery Operator to support our mechanical contracting operations. This hybrid role involves warehouse duties such as material handling and inventory management, as well as operating a company truck with a trailer to deliver materials and equipment to job sites. CDL isnot required, but experience with trailer operation is essential.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and mechanical equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and stage materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Prepare job-specific material kits for field crews.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety protocols.

• Safely operate a company truck with a trailer to transport materials to job sites.
• Load and secure materials for transport, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
• Perform routine vehicle and trailer inspections before and after trips.
• Communicate with project managers and field teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Follow all company and DOT safety guidelines (CDL not required).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a truck with a trailer (no CDL required).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or delivery operations.
• Familiarity with mechanical or construction materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
