CDL A OTR Team Driver

Pitney Bowes is hiring a CDL A OTR Team Driver at our Arlington, TX facility. The annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000. The role is a five‑day week with two days home time. A seasoned team is preferred, and each solo driver will receive a teammate. The position includes medical, dental and vision benefits, a referral program, and access to clean, late‑model sleeper tractors and trailers.

• Transport and deliver freight over long distances safely, efficiently, and legally.
• Hook and unhook trailers; secure freight; install and remove tire chains as required.
• Comply with DOT rules and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, reporting defects and repairs.
• Represent Pitney Bowes and the trucking industry professionally.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid Class A license and meet applicable DOT requirements for CDL drivers.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable driving experience with a tractor‑trailer and a safe driving record.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Experience with electronic equipment and software such as GPS, AVL units, CD, Workhound, AOBRD and ELD systems (Samsara).
