JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIESYou must be 18 years of age or older, hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. Drivers must navigate maps, locate addresses, and manage delivery routes in adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
ADVANCEMENTMany team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership, general manager, or corporate operations roles.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Provide correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Coordinate eye‑hand movements for precise, rapid tasks.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
- Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odor.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces or tools up to 500°F.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking: short distances for short durations on various surfaces.
- Sitting: paperwork usually completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries, up to 50 lb per case, usually carried and stacked with a hand truck.
- Carrying: items up to 12 lb per tray (e.g., pizza dough), 30 lb pizza sauce, and large cans.
- Pushing: trays on dollies require a force of up to 7.5 lb.
- Climbing: occasional navigation of stairs or ladders.
- Forward bending, reaching, and hand‑task coordination are required during pizza assembly and stock work.
- Deliver products by car to customer door.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
- Navigate maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
- Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
- Drive within a designated delivery area, making multiple deliveries per shift.
- Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
- Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
