• 21 years or older (DOT requirement).
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (delivery, moving, landscaping/towing, or Uber, Lyft, Kroger, Amazon, accepted).
• Valid driver’s license; no major violations or suspensions in the past 3 years.
• Physically capable of handling packages up to 150 lbs and able to pass a DOT physical.
• Reliable and punctual—expected to start at 7:45 AM; availability to work a rotating 7-day schedule including weekends.
• Must clear a 7-year background check and pre-employment/random drug screenings.

• Operate Fed Ex-branded step vans or box trucks with a focus on safe driving practices.
• Perform residential and commercial deliveries and pickups on an assigned route efficiently and accurately.
• Use handheld scanners and tablet devices for live tracking and route management.
• Keep vehicle load organized and help with terminal loading/unloading as required.
• Deliver courteous, professional customer interactions as the on-site representative of the brand.
