Class A CDL OTR Driver

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48. You'll be driving modern condo sleeper trucks with predictable routines and regular time off.

What's in it for you?

• Great Weekly Income:
  Take home between $1,250+ and $1,450+ every week ($65,200 – $75,500 annually).
• Competitive CPM:
  Pay ranges from $0.57 to $0.66 CPM, depending on your verifiable experience.
• Steady Miles:
  Averaging around 2,200 miles per week.
• Zero Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight—a healthy combination of drop-and‑hook and live unloads/reloads.
• Home Time Routine:
  Out for 2 to 3 weeks, then home for 2 to 3 full days to recharge. (
  
  Note:
  
  You will need a safe and secure spot to park the condo sleeper during home time).
• Full Benefits:
  Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a company-matched 401(k). All benefits take effect after 60 days on board.

What we need from you:

• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the past 6 months.
• An active Class A CDL and up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
• A clean driving record (MVR) and clear background.
• Ability to pass standard DOT drug screening (both urine and hair).
• Must live in an eligible nationwide hiring area.
