Schedule:

12‑hour routes, 10 open positions

• Unload and inspect products at customer locations, ensuring quality and proper rotation.
• Assist delivery drivers with unloading using a 2‑wheel dolly.
• Call when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Follow written driver safety rules and perform pre‑trip inspections of company equipment.
• Maintain communication with drivers and adhere to the product delivery schedule.
• Ensure all equipment is handled properly.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience unloading and handling produce.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
• Proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic.
• Knowledge of the product delivery schedule and rotation requirements.

• Frequent movement of up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Must be able to climb on and off the truck’s box.
• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.

• Cold warehouse environment.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Work in extreme weather conditions, including hot weather, rain, and extremely cold temperatures.
