Job Title:Receiving Crew Leader - Arlington, Texas
Full‑time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM). No weekends or holidays.

- Scheduling workload assignments and redirecting personnel in receiving and packaging areas based on daily priorities and training needs.
- Providing assertive, timely communication to team members and leadership regarding safety, teamwork, and quality.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to meet personal and company objectives.
- Communicating with Purchasing and Inventory Control Administrators regarding receiving, inventory, or packaging discrepancies.
- Conducting inventory cycle counting using powered industrial equipment.
- Assisting with investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Verifying the accuracy of receipt and packaging of products with the Quality Control Department.
- Maintaining records including maintenance logs on equipment, labor records, inventory transactions, personnel time records, and other records as required by the Supervisor.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and two years of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
