Forklift Operator

• Warehouse Associate
• $18/hr.
• 7AM-3:30PM
• Monday-Friday

Snelling Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic warehouse experience who is eager to learn. We provide on-the-job training for equipment and processes, including using a tape measure and operating a band saw. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn, we'd love to meet you.

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift (when needed).
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Label, package, palletize, and prepare materials for shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting.
• Learn to accurately measure materials using a tape measure.
• Learn to safely operate a band saw to cut metal materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (1 year is a plus).
• Some forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, as this role works closely with a Spanish-speaking team member and effective communication is important.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely handle metal materials and warehouse equipment.
