Shipping and Receiving Supervisor position.
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse
- 5–10 years of forklift operating experience, including heavy equipment with capacities ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping documentation, receiving procedures, and warehouse safety standards.
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate inbound and outbound freight, manage competing priorities, and ensure ontime shipments.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
