Our growing real estate client located in Arlington, VA (hybrid) is seeking an Accountant. This will manage the accounting and financial reporting for a commercial real estate portfolio.
Duties- Financial statement preparation
- Management reporting
- Analytics
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Reconciliations
- Expense management
- Other tasks as needed
Compensation is targeted at 95K + bonus
Salary: $95,000 + bonus
