Our client, a high-profile NFP organization in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to join its team permanently. Position reports to the Director and will be responsible for tax compliance and reporting for the non‑profit entities, with exposure to for‑profit affiliates, as well. BS in accounting (or related) required, along with 5+ years relevant tax experience to include Form 990 preparation and related non‑profit filings (sales & use, business license renewals, and other).
Compensation targeted @ $100K – $125K base (commensurate with experience) + bonus and excellent benefits. Role is a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week in‑office.
