As a tax associate, you will provide tax and consulting services such as preparing federal and state tax returns
, researching
, relevant tax issues
, and communicating their impact on clients’ businesses. Additional responsibilities include preparing year‑end tax projections and learning to develop and deliver tax planning strategies
.

As an audit associate, you will provide services related to planning assurance engagements and preparing financial statements
, conducting testing procedures, identifying and assisting in the resolution of client issues
, and other financial reporting matters.

Basic qualifications for this associate-level position include:

• BS or MS in Accounting
• Solid academic performance and achievement in relevant areas of study

Preferred qualifications for this associate-level position include:

• Technical accounting knowledge
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently
• Effective time management skills
• Relevant internship or work experience is helpful, but not required

This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$77,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
