Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Global Controller for a non-profit client. The role requires strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and grant accounting and includes oversight of global accounting operations, Net Suite system management, reporting, compliance, and grant accounting. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee global accounting operations, control systems, and transaction‑processing operations.
- Ensure financial reports comply with GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage accumulation and consolidation of financial data for accurate consolidated results.
- Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Manage compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedures.
- Communicate financial metrics to senior management and advise on revenue and cost strategies.
- Manage the organization’s Net Suite system.
- Perform and oversee grant accounting, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
- Prepare company budget and financial forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or other certifications preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of senior accounting or financial management experience.
- Experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, investments.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and grant accounting.
- Experience with Net Suite ERP system.
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting best practices, laws, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn.
- Experience in a public accounting firm is a plus.
