Cherry Bekaert partners with a mission‑driven affordable housing organization to recruit an Accounting Manager for its real estate portfolio in the Washington, DC area. This hybrid role supports the Controller and drives close processes, reporting, and compliance across multifamily properties.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in accounting with management experience, a strong background in affordable housing/LIHTC, GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with Yardi or MIP. CPA preferred.
