- Opportunity to lead international tax work spanning compliance, ASC 740, and planning
- Primarily remote schedule with only limited required in-office collaboration
- Broad exposure to acquisitions, transfer pricing, legal entity restructuring, and global tax initiatives
- Collaborative, highly technical tax team with strong mentorship and long-term growth opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA (preferred)
- 8+ years of international tax experience
- 4+ years of leadership or management experience
- Technical knowledge of U.S. international tax, including Forms 5471, 8858, GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and ASC 740 tax provision
- Combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Lead international tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision, and planning activities
- Prepare and review complex international tax calculations, filings, and reporting
- Support acquisitions, legal entity restructuring, transfer pricing, and other strategic tax initiatives
- Partner with finance and accounting teams across multiple business units and international locations
- Mentor and develop junior tax professionals while supporting the continued growth of the tax department
- Drive process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives within the tax function
- Research complex international tax issues and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal and international tax reporting requirements
