Job Summary
Provide support with cleaning high-touch areas (hourly), stocking supplies, conference room, kitchen, and workroom services. Interacts with customers to ensure expectations are met.
This job role reports at 6:30 AM or 8:00 AM ***.
Free parking provided.
Pay: $21 per hour.
Location:
Arlington, VA
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Support office services with daily duties such as mail center operations, conference room support, and kitchen/pantry hospitality.
- Ability to understand customer goals & initiatives as well as anticipate needs.
- Assist with mail/package sorting & delivery to recipients. Shipping and receiving duties.
- Support office moves via packing & moving of furniture and boxes.
- Backfill coworkers during lunches & breaks, scheduled and unscheduled absences.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements to the operation’s procedures during account coverage.
- Assist with office supply & copier consumables (toner, staples, etc.) management.
- Perform daily inspection & touch point service of copier equipment.
- Manage conference room setups & breakdowns – chairs, easels, assist with all tasks associated with events management, etc.
- Assist with maintaining conference space.
- Responsible for wiping down high-touch areas within an 8-hour workday.
- Perform routine wipe downs of the conference room doors and space.
- Responsible for wiping down kitchen areas such as refrigerator door handles, countertops, and cabinet drawers, ice/water dispenser, etc.
- Wipe down copier/printer and paper/supply cabinet door handles and countertops.
- Assist with office moves, report furniture repairs, and facilities-related requests.
- Able to work independently, flexible, and able to adapt within a changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn phone applications.
- Possesses strong customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and anticipate customer needs.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Requires high school diploma.
