Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part‑Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This role will convert full time.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Manage visitor sign‑in procedures and issue badges as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to office teams as needed

- Previous receptionist/front desk experience in a corporate office setting
- Greeting up to 450+ employees
- Professional demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior experience in a corporate office setting
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with scheduling
