Overview
Alutiiq Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an exciting opening for a Management Analyst. The Management Analyst provides business operations support to the F-35, Joint Program Office (JPO), located in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities- Manage high visibility, high priority, and time sensitive support to various senior military officers and senior executive level civilians, including frequent independent problem solving and decision-making to manipulate and prioritize competing tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while working with all levels in the organization; manage multiple projects, conduct organizational studies and evaluations, document processes and procedures, and conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
- Provide recommendations to the Senior Executive based on judgement, recognizing that the position generally supports day-to-day operations and the Senior Executive’s subordinate activities.
- Handle frequent ad hoc and emergent tasks based on priorities, and distribute actions to others within the JPO based on subject matter expertise.
- Apply analytical, writing, and editing skills to produce or contribute to directives, presentations, reports, publications, and point papers.
- Use organizational skills to establish, validate, and track command goals, actions, and issues.
- Provide executive administrative support; plan and document SES/Flag conferences and meetings; prepare flag award documentation; execute data calls for program and technical content; research and assemble command-wide accomplishments.
- Coordinate meetings, keep meetings on track, and record minutes and action items.
- Enable appropriate prioritization of calendar, phone calls, schedule, and workload for all participants.
- Support executive level meetings and act as primary point of contact and facilitator for meetings and conferences within the JPO.
- Provide correspondence support as required and ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained.
- Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
- Provide ad hoc support for senior leadership as needed.
- Operate within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and other systems (SharePoint, DTS) daily.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- An active DoD Secret Security Clearance, or one inactivated within the last 24 months which is eligible for re-activation.
- 4-year degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with analysis, editing, and writing.
- Familiarity with various military programs and protocol for senior military officers and senior executive level civilians.
- Expertise in MS Office, with emphasis on Word and PowerPoint.

- Being flexible, creative, highly organized, and team oriented.
Pay rate: $79,040 to $93,600 annually.
