Position: Foundation Program Coordinator - $29-$31/hr - Arlington, VA

Overview

Our client, a national trade association, is seeking a Foundation Program Coordinator to join the team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for foundation programs and research initiatives, including meetings, schedules, and communications
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Draft summaries, briefing materials, and external communications related to foundation work
  • Support fellowship and scholarship programs, including applications, reviews, and cohort coordination
  • Assist with preparation for Board meetings, including Board Books and presentation materials
  • Provide administrative support including billing, scheduling, agendas, and action-item tracking
  • Assist with foundation events, including planning, attendee logistics, and follow-up
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or project tools a plus
  • Professional discretion and comfort handling confidential information
Position Details
  • Start date:

    ASAP
  • Hourly: $29-$31/hr
  • Converting to a salary between $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
  • Metro accessible
