Harris Technologies seeks an exceptionally bright, motivated, and team‑oriented Executive Assistant to support the Communication and Spectrum Dominance Segment BD/Sales leadership team. The role requires strong judgment, meticulous attention to detail, high integrity, and a proven track record of taking initiative and exceeding expectations.
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
- Manage domestic and international travel and expenses.
- Prioritize, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, including functional cadence reporting, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Create, edit, design and format a variety of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents.
- Coordinate and support customer and internal meetings and conferences, including IT needs, logistics and food service.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Propose and coordinate group events.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders, or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders.
- High executive functioning skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and juggle many tasks in a constantly changing environment.
- High energy, positive attitude, collaborative.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and no supervision.

- Knowledge and experience with senior government officials, business executives, Department of Defense organizations and their operating practices is highly desirable.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater
D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $82,500 - $153,000. Final compensation depends on experience and geographic location.
