Job Overview
TSC is seeking a highly capable and polished Business Operations Analyst III to deliver elevated, strategic support to our C‑suite executives and ensure the seamless execution of daily and long‑range operational priorities. Reporting to the Director, Executive Services, this role partners closely with senior leadership to manage complex calendars, coordinate high‑visibility logistics, and drive operational excellence across corporate events, meetings, travel, and expense administration.
Serving as a trusted extension of the executive office, the Business Operations Analyst III demonstrates impeccable professionalism, discretion, and organizational mastery.
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, ensuring strategic prioritization and thoughtful time allocation.
- Coordinate and support executive‑level meetings, including agenda development, briefing materials, logistics, and precise documentation of key decisions and action items.
- Plan and execute high‑visibility corporate events—such as board meetings, leadership retreats, and company‑wide gatherings—overseeing logistics, vendor relationships, and onsite execution with a polished, professional standard.
- Arrange domestic and international travel with concierge‑level attention, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports in full compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Draft, edit, and format executive correspondence, presentations, and reports with clarity, precision, and a refined executive tone.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.
- Oversee administrative operations within the executive office, including supply management, vendor coordination, and process oversight.
- Support executives with ad hoc projects, research, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, workflow clarity, and operational excellence.
- Manage cross‑departmental workflows and approvals to ensure timely execution and alignment.
- Develop SOPs, templates, and operational standards that strengthen consistency and governance.
- Oversee insurance, compliance, and facility governance cycles and requirements, as assigned.
- Perform additional duties, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field, and 3–5 years of executive‑level administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, TEAMS) and familiarity with scheduling and expense management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Experience in event planning, travel coordination, and office management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
- Experience implementing process improvements and administrative best practices.
- Experience with the Timekeeping & Expense Module in the company’s Accounting System - Deltek Costpoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing, service‑oriented team.
