Position Title: Administrative Support / Project Information Specialist
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite at USTDA Headquarters)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required
Position OverviewD2 Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Support / Project Information Specialist to provide comprehensive project information support and office management services. This role supports a wide range of administrative functions, including records and information management, travel coordination, facilities support, budget and finance assistance, conference room operations, and audio‑visual troubleshooting. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations and improving administrative processes across the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation and maintenance of administrative management policies and procedures
- Assist with information and records management activities
- Support travel management processes and related administrative tasks
- Provide onsite support for conference and training room operations
- Troubleshoot audio‑visual issues during meetings and events
- Assist with budget, finance, facilities, HR, and general office administration as assigned
- Evaluate administrative processes and recommend improvements
- 7+ years of administrative management or related experience
- Experience with organizational procedures, program evaluation, information and records management, travel management, and office administration
- Hands‑on experience with audio‑visual support and troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, information management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in information management, administrative support, or AV technology preferred
