Responsibilities- Coordinate speaker and presenter logistics, including outreach, onboarding, scheduling, content collection, and event support
- Assist with the planning and execution of educational programs, conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Manage project timelines, materials, and communications to ensure successful program delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for speakers, facilitators, partners, and attendees
- Track program metrics, evaluations, and participant feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
- Provide onsite and virtual event support, including troubleshooting and adapting to changing priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of educational initiatives
- Support partner communications, sponsorship deliverables, and event logistics
- Assist with webinar production and ongoing development of virtual learning opportunities
- 1 to 2 years of experience in program coordination, education, training, events, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional and customer‑focused approach when interacting with members, speakers, and partners
- Experience working for a membership organization, association, nonprofit, or professional services environment is preferred
