Project Analyst – ANG Executive Secretariat / SACO
Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations.
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted.
Clearance: Secret required;
Top Secret preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Status: Contingent upon contract award.
Position SummarySummit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO staff action processes. This position will help process high-volume taskers, maintain workflow visibility, support official correspondence, and coordinate across ANG and NGB stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Monitor tasking systems and staff action queues.
- Enter, route, update, and close taskers.
- Support OPR/OCR coordination and suspense management.
- Track tasker status and identify due, overdue, and high-priority actions.
- Assist with document packaging, routing, and distribution.
- Maintain SharePoint, tracker, roster, and repository updates as assigned.
- Support meeting coordination, workflow manager meetings, and training materials.
- Conduct research and fact‑checking for staff action products.
- Support quality control reviews for prepared responses.
- Communicate professionally with Government personnel and external offices.
- Five years of relevant experience in staff support, project analysis, executive support, tasker management, or workflow coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive materials and short‑suspense deadlines.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.
- ANG, Air Force, NGB, or DoD headquarters experience.
- Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with senior staff correspondence and official tasking processes.
