Job Summary
Talent Wise LLC is building a pipeline of administrative and program support professionals to support anticipated government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.
The Administrative Technician performs moderately complex administrative and technical support work within a specialized program area. This role supports program operations by researching and analyzing data, maintaining records, coordinating activities, and assisting with program implementation.
The position operates independently and applies established guidelines and procedures to resolve issues, support reporting, and ensure efficient program and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide paraprofessional support for program implementation, maintenance, and operations
- Research, collect, analyze, and track data to support program activities and reporting
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for program and administrative use
- Maintain program records, databases, and tracking systems
- Coordinate meetings, events, and program activities
- Serve as liaison between internal staff, external agencies, and the public
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on program procedures and requirements
- Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Support personnel-related processes such as onboarding, time tracking, and documentation
- Monitor workflows and assist in resolving operational or administrative issues
- Provide technical guidance or support to administrative staff as needed
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Some experience in administrative support, program support, or related field
- Knowledge of program coordination, data tracking, and reporting processes
- Familiarity with budgeting, purchasing, or administrative procedures
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
