About the Role
As a CBRE Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do- Entry level role.
- Responsible for setting up conference rooms, straightening and organizing common areas, and keeping the facility clear of debris.
- Work in the mailroom part of the time.
- Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignments.
- Plan, organize, and control day-to-day operations of the department.
- Establish and communicate quality and safety expectations for maintenance tasks.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks.
- Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Coordinator is $38,500 annually and the maximum salary is $50,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
