Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit expense reports, including receipt documentation

* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation

* Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events (both internal and external)

* Reserve meeting rooms, office space, and event venues as needed

* Organize logistics for onsite and offsite meetings, including catering and materials

* Manage calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and responding to meeting invitations

* Provide administrative support to leadership, including report preparation, document management, and general coordination

* Maintain and update contact records and assist with business correspondence

* Support document processing, including formatting, scanning, and file conversions

* Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

* Coordinate travel documentation or related administrative processes when required

* Provide general office support, including handling visitors and ensuring a positive experience

* Assist with coordination of visitor access, onboarding logistics, and required documentation
* Prior administrative, office support, or coordination experience preferred

* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, calendar, document tools)

* Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

* Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
