Program Assistant

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, has an opening for a highly motivated Program Assistant located in Arlington, Virginia. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities.

Position Responsibilities:

Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved.
Analyze data, develop solutions or alternative practices, recommend new systems, procedures, processes, or organizational change make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
Confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working.
Review data and enter data to ensure all databases are kept up to date.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements :

Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.

Background Check
Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
Successful Pass of Ocean Bay, LLC Background Investigation Drug Screening and Credit Check.
