One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the Tactical Operations Division’s Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 Office for the United States Marshals Service (USMS). The Program Analyst I will provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support related to federal credentialing and access control requirements while supporting District Security Officers (DSOs) across multiple district offices.
Responsibilities- Coordinate implementation of the HSPD-12 DSO program across district offices in support of federal credentialing and access control requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Tactical Operations Division’s Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 Office
- Maintain suspense tracking systems for assigned branches, identify past due items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate via telephone and email with high-level agency officials, District offices, and contract affiliates
- Provide guidance and support regarding program policies and operational procedures
- Support special projects and work collaboratively within teams to accomplish program goals
- Prepare, organize, track, and maintain program documentation and records
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to USMS management branches as needed
- Assist with coordination and follow-up activities related to credentialing and access control operations
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Background Investigation
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Prior experience working in a PIV Card or CAC Card office
- Prior experience supporting a DOJ HSPD-12 office
- Familiarity with federal credentialing, badging, or access control processes
