Job Title
A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support governance, operations, and administrative functions across multiple teams and leadership groups. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing communications, supporting committee operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and support meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials distribution, and note-taking
- Facilitate communication across internal teams, leadership groups, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and manage committee structures, rosters, and documentation
- Assist with planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Support internal communications, including email updates, reports, and documentation
- Track and process expenses, invoices, and budget-related items
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations and participation
- Assist with onboarding and orientation efforts for new team members or stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles (nonprofit or association experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project coordination, committees, or leadership teams is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
